Make up to calculate CR

Can someone remind me of the cc make up to give the compression ratio on a standard 4.6 Chimaera.
The pistons have cutouts and the heads are big valve as on the 500's.
ie whats the dish/cutout cc of the standard piston?
whats the thickness of the composite head gasket?
whats the volume of the combustion chamber?
