2002 Tuscan S, reg. UFO 2 TVR

Hi, does anyone know anything about this car?

Going to look at it tomorrow, any info to help me save or spend my hard-earned greatly appreciated!

It's the one at Mark Campbell. Still for sale at £18K, was originally £20K !!

Was not impressed when I saw it. I did have a list of things I didn't like about it but can't find it at the moment.

Surely if it's being sold by or through a dealer it's a trade sale, even if it's an SOR job?

Gosh Dean you are going a long way to look for one - the car is about 40 miles south of me (I no longer live in Surrey). I dont know the garage but the price looks keen for a garage.
I suspect it might need attention and that a warranty wont be forthcoming.

I called about it and was honest and said I had a few to look at and in the end had one inspected that was given the thumbs up so I went with that instead, the guy kept calling me every few days when I said I wasn't viewing the other one for another week, it made me think he was obviously desperate to shift it and that put me off.

I was told that if I wanted to buy I'd deal with the owner direct. The dealer would play no part in the sale other than showing the car.
The owner is a good customer/friend of the dealer.
Whether this is classed as a trade sale I've no idea.

Didn't look like they were making any effort to sell the car. It's extremely dirty inside, slightly better outside.
There is slight fibreglass damage underneath the drivers side lights at the front (Bodywork is excellent according to dealer!)
When I saw it the rad fans did not fit through the holes in the main bonnet, may just need realigning but why not do it ?
Rear screen is scratched IIRC.
Can't remember the other stuff.
I've some photos somewhere if you want me to find them but as you're fairly close probably easy enough to take a look and see what you think.

I'm still searching for a Tuscan, not found one yet in the colour I want at a price I like.

Looked at the ad a few times. Not had the time recently to travel that far so looking a bit closer to home.
