Well guys the time has come to let the Chim go......... Lack of use and a change in circumstances mean that it will not be getting driven... A big thank you to all those that have supported me in the past year and i hope to still see many of you at Tatton this summer. I WILL return to TVR ownership in the future...... So if you see the purple Chim in the classifieds, yes, it is mine

Wishing you all a great new year and a grin filled and safe 2010.

God, I loved this thing. Blood, Sweat and not many tears (only when it went) went into it.

Someone will get a steal - they will need to know what they are doing and have plenty of pairs of underpants

Sort of (well not racing but partly the other Tiv), that and the logisistics of it just as much, TR4 is in my garage now and Griff getting built. It is fun doing a blank sheet build as all parts I get to decide on not just the drive train, suspension and brakes. Some one will get a bargain.

I followed the pink car from a breakfast club meet 3 years ago ish - I was in my last cerb (which at the time was a little down on power). His car was very fast and to keep up with him would have been a ten tenths drive. so in the end I decided that I would go slow and not give chase. Not sure the pink car 'chase me chase me' thing was for me.

Ok ok...... I guess because the car is SOOOO quiet and restrained and in no way draws attention to its self that it should be painted in a non descript colour to help it blend into the background.....Oh come on !!.

TVR`s should be loud and lairy and in yer face.......The Paradise Purple is one of TVR`s signature colours and i personally love it. Not to everyones taste sure, but deffo NOT pink...... Oh and if it was John driving and you think you had a chance think again....The cars performance is startling and the man can drive.............. Thanks for your post lol
