Alarm fob

Doesn't work
I changed the car battery the other week and as you put new one in of course the alarm goes off but the fob didn't work,used the spare one and that was fine,no probs.I've now put new batteries in the remote fob but still no joy.I'm using the other one at the mo but I still need to get this one to work,any ideas?

its a 98 chim with a meta alarm

You might need to reset the alarm and make it re recognise that fob. Do a google search for meta alarms and you should find the instructions.
