Immobiliser Problem

Just as I'm trying to get rid of my Audi, the Tuscan decided to let me down this morning.

Doors lock / unlock as expected, but the immobiliser doesn't disarm (the LED continues to flash). Using the immobiliser 'key' rather than the remote fob doesn't make any difference.

I've already e-mailed Carl Baker, but does anyone have any suggestions for what the problem could be?

Try unplugging the alarm ECU, leave for a few minutes then plug it back in. It sounds a bit noddy but has worked for me when the alarm has played up! Worth a try!

You could try disconnecting the batterey for a few minutes.

A belts and braces reset!!

Sounds very similar to my problem a couple of months ago. New immobiliser required. I used Carl Baker and found him to be excellent.
