Selling via a brokerage?

Has anyone got any advice re selling via a brokerage? I really don't want to part with my beloved Griff but motorsport beckons and I haven't got enough room for two toys. Ideally I wanted to sell privately but the time of year is not ideal and it seems a brokerage could shift it more quickly due to finance options, warranty, european audience, etc..

I've heard a few horror stories re cars being hard to get back, damage done if left in their pocession, etc..Is there anything you can do to safe guard against problems? I guess some are better than others.

PS. I'm in Leeds/Harrogate area so any advise on who to avoid around here please pm me.

I wouldn't trust anyone other than Tony Abrams at HHC in Hexham to sell your car this way.
