Not including the 12, what is the quickest TVR by model...ie Cerd, Sag est. Both top speed and acceleration. Im not talking about cars that have been totally modded out of all recognition, but standardish.

I'm intrigued to see what the fastest GPS (or otherwise scientifically) verified speed for a standard TVR is. Not what the press department claimed along with the 330bhp (or whatever it was) factory Griffs.

Was there ever really a 200mph Cerbera, for example? What could you really get out of a healthy, standard 4.5?

Beyond my remit i'm affraid, but the Cerbera has more torque than the others, so may make overtaking easier but not faster, but I'm guessing gear ratios have an effect too.

In all honesty, put 3 good healthy examples of each against each other, and there will be little noticeable difference.

I may be wrong.

Cerbs are fastest.

Purple ones in particular.

100+ mph on the track = Cerbera 4.5 pulling away slowly. Any other speed/place then I have found there is not much in it.

Unless they are modified of course...

The cerb pic at 200 + was from Pikey on board his 4.5 Cerb. It was a fake. Assuming this is the same pic!?

I cant see a Cerb getting to 200 even with the diff and engine power sorted.....

At 185 they are a handful apparently!

The Typhon was never completed in Supercharged form.
