3000M project

This is my 1st post - so bear with me. If im breaking any rules - ditto.
im ashamed to say i have 1974 3000M project that was a good idea at the time, but you now what they say about good intentions. Sadly the time has come for me to let it go, my son's not interested (old rs escorts are his thing!). it was a body off, rework the backend for a jag diff and drop in a 302sbf a la original griffith job. this was in the mid80's!!!!!! i last touched it about 20 years ago. would appreciate any suggestions, advice as to the best way of getting it to a good home

its complete and in boxes or under covers in the barn. there's also the sbf, a c4 autobox, 4barrel holley and a jag lsd diff.
my objective is to pass on the car to someone who can do something positive with it - succeed where i failed. is that asking too much?
