Not TVR related - sorry

It's time to replace the tyres again on the Golf (Mk1 GTi). Car is currently running Yoko A539's (which are fantastic), but Falken ZE-502's are coming out favourably price wise.

Has anyone used ZE-502, & if so, how do the compare to Yoko A539's ?

Thanks

I recently put these on my 1989 MkII Golf GL (on Corrado 15" rims).

They seem to be slightly less sticky, but you can feel when they are about to let go BUT the set up is softer on the MKII GL so you may find it's not the same on the GTi.

I recently saw an advert for Yoko A539s for about £35 a piece. I have a feeling it was in Halfords but not sure.
