I've tried to contact seveal TVR dealers (no names mentioned in line with the no name and shame policy
) as well as companies selling TVR merchandise e.g. Models (see the TVR models thread if you want to guess the company names
) and they never bother to come back to you - i know that there are lotds of threads oth there about bad customer service etc. but i wouldn't have thought it would go as far as not being able to reply to an e-mail - has anyone else had the same problem or any suggestions to help in getting replies???....

I have tried several times to get catalogues from the Factory via the Online Request thing! Tried to have them sent to my house, my dads, my girlf's, they just don't want to know!!!
My next step will be trying at the dealers themselves! I'm trying TMS sometime during the first week in April, if that don't work, I'll try HH and if I still get nothing I'll go to Castle!!
If I still get nothing, the TVR Dealership network is up shit creek!

I managed to get a Tuscan brouchre abut 15 months ago by phoning the factory. But for the Tamora all they offer is a reprint of the EVO article
I've asked for postcards/brouchres etc. by e-mail but haven;t gotten anywhere tried the factory but they say to try the dealers as they don't have anything - i have asked if it's a cost thing e.g. you only get what you are prepared to pay for but they say that's not the case......

Had same problem last year. No joy getting brochures or any other literature from TVR.
When I test drove some Cerbera's at two of my local dealers, I registered my details with them so that if they got second hand models matching my spec they could contact me. The spec I left was fairly open and I had sufficient cash in hand to buy when the right one came up. Neither of the dealers ever got back to me (I later saw that they had plenty models advertised). I ended up buying privately.
I'm getting the impression that neither TVR or their dealers are actually that bothered about selling their cars.
