Drove up the Broadway in Haywards Heath at 15:50 today in my red Griff and low what do I spot parked just up from Orange Square - a red Griff just the same a mine ( Well an L reg rather than an S reg but the same apart from that ).

Not certain this is really on - I feel like I am losing my individuality !

Does it belong to any one on Pistonheads ?

You have a rival spielboy!! Was he/she braving the elements with his/her hood down...unlike some people I could mention *coff*

I've seen this red Griff around and about too and put a "spotted" post on here a while ago but no response either.

What about the Chim parked up near the station in that rather unusual colour, I can't remember the reg even though I've passed it enough times?!

CosmosChick - Checking out your original post it does sound like the same Griff - I would have also have thought by the fact we have both spotted it at different times and places would seem to imply it belongs to someone local ( or at very least a regular visitor to Haywards Heath ).

To answer your question the hood was up - but then so was mine - but at least I have the excuse that I was on my way to parents ( Hence my non-appearance in Brighton on Sunday ) and the boot was stuffed full of presents leaving no room for the lid.

The one amusing thought that had occurred to me was whether I was spotted by the owner - now what would you assume if a red Griff just like your own drove by whilst you were enjoying a drink in one of the 'trendy' bars on Broadway ... ?? I think I would be out on the street like a shot trying to get my car back !!

The 'Brown' Chim regularly parked on Sydney road is a P reg - I cycle past it every day on the way to station and I have come to the conclusion that has the worst colour scheme I have ever seen on a TVR - Cosmos Blue is infinitely better !

"but it cant be, Im the only gay in the village!"

(Not saying that Griff owners are in any way gay but it just reminded me of the sketch!)

I've yet to spot another cosmos blue Chim around our way...an imperial blue one

So, you pop into the trendy wine bars huh It's usually impossible to get a parking space along the Broadway isn't it, but the other week whilst cruising along there (as you do!!) we pulled up right outside Bar Boo. Everybody stopped drinking to look out the window and then one of the bouncers emerged and held the door open for me...

If you see the blue Tuscan with the private plate parked along there, we know him already!!

I have to confess I am more likely to be found in 'The Star' ( ie A proper Pub ) but one or two of my friends have been trying to 'educate me in coolness' and I have been known to frequent 'Orange Square' and a few of the other bars on Broadway.

I have seen the blue Tuscan - I was sitting outside The Star towards the end of Summer and it came out of Church Road - my hand had come up waved before I realised I wasn't in the Griff !!!
