TVR Factory what now?

Obviously as we all know, prior to the sad passing of PW, quite a few guys had started to re-populate the old factory - which most people were pretty pleased about.
I realise it is still relatively early days, but does anyone know what will now happen to these guys? I would hope that they are safe for the time being, but like all things, estates do get sold, etc.
How much do you reckon the factory is worth in the current climate?

I have it on VERY good authority the the site is safe for AT LEAST 3 years.
Beyond that depends on how well the site is operating as a commercial venture, so lets support the guys in there and hope that we can encourage other TVR/motor industry businesses to move in there and be successful.

It doesn't bear thinking about the site being destroyed... I mean, it's just about the only part of TVR that still exists - only because PW kept hold of it I might add.
Any news on what Smelly is up to these days? Has he seen sense and thought about selling TVR yet? Or is he determined to wait until nobody can even remember the name TVR?

That thought has crossed my mind... Did Peter keep hold of Bristol Avenue , hedging his bets in case the Russian made a Horlicks of it ??? and with the premises he could resurrect it ??? . I know he had a reputation as being shrewd business man, but may be there was more to it that just fleacing Smolenski for the lease.
