Hi Guys, Posted this elsewhere but i thought the general community might find it interesting too!

Note 0-100mph in 7.3secs..



Plus i took a speedo vid of one launch, this was an 11.5 pass and i let it go to 160mph beyond the line.

Impressive numbers and probably a 10 in that car.
I will be running 11s in my Chim next weekend at York thanks to a second nitrous kit.;)
I will post my slips etc then... unless it all goes bang!

No, its 513bhp at the wheels and 510lbs/ft, but these are not Japanese ponies, thats the difference!

What does a cerb weigh? About 1100kg.
If so your bang on the numbers.
Hats off to you for what has to be a near perfect run.

Can i ask what your launch technique is?
RPM? and any wheelspin at all?
Also what tyres and pressures were you running?

1238Kgs, tiny bit of spin, just sort of drive off at about 2000rpm and then floor it. Toyo 888's burn out for about 4-5secs 25psi pressures. I let them down once to 12psi and all it did was weave horribly at high speed.

Very similar to my technique on the R888s.
I used to run them at about 14psi and it was fine at speed.
Now have a pair of Mikey Thompson Street ETs which are supposed to be twice as sticky as the R888s and the advice is to run them at 11psi.

22psi on a GT2 (664bhp) and still one tenth slower than your car even with a higher % weight on the back and wider rear tyres!
