door release knob where can i get one!?

Hi i'm after some info on the above please, i've got an early chim and the door release are two levers infront of the centre console, but due to buying a later console and fitting today i need the "turney" knob as it is impossible to fit the existing due to the extra bit for the window switches at the front, i have cut and refitted the existing housing for the levers(now pulling directly on the cables)in the correct positon of where the knob is supposed to be but am having now joy on finding where to get this new knob, the bible has nothing in explaining fitting this between the 2 models and any info on getting hold of one(and i'm assuming its all one unit and self tapped to the fibreglass??)will be much appreciated.

Interesting, I didn't realise the Chimaera ever had levers like the Griffith.
