TVR on the continent

Anyone, who can tell me about his experience of TVR ownership with UK licence plate outside UK? Where do you go for MOT? Back to England? Is there a chance to do MOT also in Gibraltar? There is Stuart xy who insures UK expatriate cars in Spain for all year round 3rd party liability, no fully comprehensive. I would be pleased to keep running my car with UK licence plate without going back to England for MOT every yearbut let´s say to Gibraltar or somewhere else.

Any ideas?

I've been based in Germany for a few years and have, during this time, had a 2,8 Wedge, a Chimaera 400 and am now on my 2nd Tuscan, all kept on UK plates.
I have always taken them back to the UK for MOT but used a German workshop for maintenance.
With the Wedge and Chimaera service was also no problem but with the Tuscans I like to have it looked after by someone with Speed Six experience so take her back to the UK.

I think that you should be fine with your Chimaera.
