hold your flame-throwers!!

I'll probably get boo'd out of the forum, but I was just wondering the above...
nothing lax-ish obviously...

What I really like, is the T350C, it combines gorgeous sleek lines with some real agression, but sadly I won't be able to afford one of them, not in this century anyway...

so I ask.. can you make Chim's look mean??

Someone on here (forgive my crap-ness with remembering names) has a pic in their profile of an orange Griff with black/gunmetal wheels... which look awesome.

That's the kind of thing I'm thinking of.
the cerbera-style headlights are good too...

is there anything else tasteful that's been done? and does anyone have any good links to such??

Thanks all..

You could get some ideas from the famous Carisma Cerbera. First, get a door and mount it horizontally three feet off the boot! But seriously, it would be an interetsing exercise. The usual mods might include 'Speed 12' headlight conversion, afterburner tail lights, 18" alloys (plenty of threads about that!) quad tail pipes, lowered suspension... got any wallet left???

and quad-tail-pipes?

Pix of Carisma Cerbie: www.pistonheads.com/tvr/cerbera/default.asp?storyId=6346

Quad tail pipes: www.zertec.co.uk and click on page 3. Afterburners should be in there as well.

But be warned - nothing is cheap unless you go for Halfords carbon-fibre-effect petrol filler surrounds. And you're not going to do that are you?

Well worth searching the PH archives for these things, esp the wheels (the cool vs handling debate!)

Was this the Griff? It's Apache's

Ummmm, a mean Chim, Maybe Zertec tailpaipes (see my profile), 17" or 18" gunmetal wheels. Type R headlamp conversion (see below)? Afterburners? Take out the pre-cats so it sound meaner! Rollbar for when the top's down. Can't think of anything else.

It's off the TVR bodyshop site (www.tvrbodyshop.co.uk), not sure who's it is though.

I'm getting a headlamp conversion done soon, and I was going to go for the speed 12 setup (same but minus one of the small lights), but looking at that one again, it does look pretty damn good doesn't it. Wonder if it'd look ok on my green car?

look at victormeldrew's profile or find a thread in the list on his profile about his lights at the front he had done. His is a 500. Looks very good - and mean.

"Bloody hell, it's awesome", or "Bloody hell, it's awful?"

I'm seriously thinking of getting that one now (Type R)as opposed to this one. I originally thought it looked a bit crowded on the front, but it's definately grown on me.

Edit=spelling

By the way, being that the type R conversion leaves you with two gaping holes where the indicators once were, does everyone reckon it'd be pushing it a bit to put two very small foglights in there (maybe behind the mesh so they're still semi conceled)?

Just an idea!! Or is that a bit Maxish!!!

I reckon these lights

Monaco's wheels (18")?

Dannyboyo's Zertec exhausts & Afterburners

and Nitrons, big brakes, a roll bar, Zertec Sports seats/harnesses, carbon fibre dash and maybe a Zertec Monaco hood cover, just to confuse everyone
