Caught the red eye out of Dublin yesterday for an afternoon business meeting in london.haven't driven my Chimaera for a while whilst work is in progress on it so was looking forward to seeing and hearing a few TVR's enjoying the suuny weather.started in High street Kensingston and walked down to a cafe opposite Harrod's,not a single TVR.more Porsche's than Mondeo's,a good shaking of Aston Martin's,somebody needs to develop a good sports exhaust for them,V8 inaudible, plenty of Ferrari's, even 3 lamborgini's.walked on down to Piccadilly, ditto the above and still no TVR's.caught a taxi to Kensington for my meeting and asked the cabby to go via the Kings Road, not one TVR,so where were you all yesterday ? finally walking down Queensgate at least a Mustang obliged, swung onto the main drag and let rip,not sure if it had a standard or sports exhaust but boy didi it sound good.

The red eye from Dublin? Are you sure? Didn't think Ireland was far enough away for an overnight flight........

idea Maybe it was Ryan Air and "London" airport is actually just outside Vladivostock.

Saw your Griff at Cholmondeley yesterday, very nice indeed, has it ever been outside before? smile

Was amazed at the condition of the interior as well as the engine bay, how have you managed to keep the leather that good with 35,000 miles of use? It's immaculate!

Spent some time chatting to the guy with the Chim - him being a fellow owner - but unfortunately you were nowhere to be seen when I was by your Griff.

There were 24 TVRs at MIRA for the Bentley Driver's Club sprint, which is sadly a non-spectator event due to the venue. There should be some good piccies in Sprint next month.

I have to get on the road by 3.00am for the first flight out of Dublin to London LHR and that makes my eyes pretty red ! i actually fly BA or Aer Lingus, you wouldn't catch me on Ryan Air flight and having to land in St.Lutonburg !

Some of us were at Hambleden

However most of us there wouldn't have normally been in London anyway?
