The TVR Typhon they simply have to name a car the Typhon. As I said a few years ago it has all the right attributes for a TVR name. i) It's a mythical beast ii) It's easy to mis-spell and iii) Journalists will not be able to pronounce it.

Definitely a good move going back to names if it is true. Names are so much more evocative and easier for those not so familiar with the marque to grasp.

Being Greek and keeping with tradition, how about calling it HYDRA, relatives of CERBERUS and CHIMAERA and the offspring of TYPHON?? Must admit though, HYDRA doesn't sound mean enough for this beast.

Anyway, whatever they call it, It will be known as MY NEW MOTOR

Mate of mine had a TRITON motorbike it was a Triumph Bonoville 650 engine in a Norton Featherbed frame. Wonderfull piece of kit! Rich...
