My Griff is collecting far too many stone chips. Has anyone come up with any good ideas or use any products they would recommend or am I just gonna have to get the nose resprayed again.

Didn't someone find another manufacturer of something similar - except it was half the cost? IIRC, Armourfend are bl&%dy expensive for what it is you get..

IMHO, you have two choices:

Drive slowly

-or-

Get regular front-end resprays!!

Armour-fended the front of my Cerbera which covered lower bonnet, front spoilers, wing mirrors, front wings. It cost £700, which is probably the cost of a respray. After 1600 miles, not a single chip. Is possible to Armourfend length of car, but I think I was quoted around £1200.

How about trying www.chipsaway.co.uk ?

Apparently they can airbrush out the stone chips without respraying the whole panel. I haven't tried them, but my Tuscan has a number of stone chips on the upper bonnet. The lower bonnet is armourfended which seems to protect it, although it does look a bit like the car is scratched where the armourfend ends and the bare paint starts!
