Rolling road in the North West?

Can anyone recommend a rolling road in the North West.
I live in Barrow-in-Furness and work in Ellesmere Port and am willing to travel within reason.
Somewhere in Cumbria, Lancs, Manchester, West Yorks, Cheshire, Wirral, North Wales etc would be ok.
I need to have my Chim 450 tuned and somewhere that also has experience with nitrous would be a bonus.
