Why don't you give Mr melling a call again and find out what you can do to your AJP, I think you might be pleasently surprised at the costs.

Id have thought the only problem would be driving the pump..

Where is the A/C and Pas pumps run from on the cerb, could you put a pump there?

I found Pace were very helpful. We struggled on where to fit the pump on my rv8 tuscan, so we sent the car to them and then made a bracket and fitted one of their pumps..

i think a pump could be fitted to the front pulley? and the pump could mount where the wing on a race block is (road engines have 1 wing race engines have 2)

I'd say in a similar place to the old dry sump pump. Driven off a belt from the front pulley (ditch the A/C).

It would be interesting to see what performance improvement there is running the crankcase at a vacuum.

Ah yes I didnt realize the road car motor had a front pully, but looking at pics that would seem the best option. run a small front pully with a belt to a pump mounted on the wingless side..

are there any mounting points on the block on the wingless side that could be used to bolt something too..

Id work out the flow requirements from a race pump and then give pace a call to see if they can help out..
