Paint Code - Midlands body shop with Spectrophotometer?

I am unable to find a midlands/staffs based bodyshop who have a spectrophotometer to provide a paint code for my Chim, without committing to the work.
The colour was changed to a non-TVR colour and therefiore the paint code doesn't match, although its similar to Paris Blue it isn't.
I would idealy like to determine the code and then consider my options. I would be willing to pay for this service, although strangely nowhere seems to have one.
Anyone have any info on who has one of these meters in the area?
