Seems a little harder than I remember....

Is this a particularly busy time of year or is everyone still on holidays?

I dont have the time to take a day off work to go up to TVR Power so I'm trying a few of the "recommended" specialists/dealers in the south, tried 3 places 4-5 times each and not had the phone answered once.

Maybe a lot of places closed for longer than usual and have only gone back today - to find lots of messages perhaps?

I'd say this is the most likely cause. And a good indie is always busy anyway, I usually book my services 4-6 weeks in advance.....

I reckon its good to mix (decent) service places - people have different priorities and also pick each other up on things.

I've used APM and Tuscan running well.

Andy at APM - good lad. My Chim ran really sweetly (and still is!) after the service.

I know TVR Power are only just back from their hols today - so you'd probably fare just about the same there trying to get through on the first morning back after a week or two off... Am sure they're all probably just as rushed off their feet for a day or two. smile
