Windows don't close fully to rubber seal.

I have noticed lately that the driverside window on my 98 Griff 500 seemed to have dropped a little and the passenger side window is tilting away at the back. Can I rectify this somehow and make them fit nice and snug under the rubber seal on the roof? As I think that if they are left like this they will let in the rain.
