In the past they used to be the back home gatherings at Blackpool which where a great day out. Other than the Factory at Blackpool shutting, why was the back home never continued.

This might be a good question for the TVRCC website as it was a club sponsored event.

An interesting one that... TVR may no longer be in blackpool but the spirit of TVR

certainly is.

Also there are cars being built at Bristol avenue.. by ex TVR bods.

WHat kind of event would people want to see at back home

I appreciate that, however the TVRs that will attend are in effect going home to Blackpool, its just that there is no longer a factory, but as mentioned many small businesses have sprung up with ex employees who I am sure would appreciate the support.

It’s just a thought, as the previous back homes which included the three o clock thunder were a tremendous way to entice new blood to the joys of TVR motoring.
