SPEED SIX SEAT REPAIR

Hi anyone got an effective repair soloution for the side support on speed six seats, its that under engineered piece of mild steel rod (approx 6mm dia)thats snapped where it bolts to the seat frame, i can see how to repair it but open to ideas that may be longer lasting.

a good welder and a 20 quid note should do it! :-D

your probably right, i can do that ,just looking for a longer lasting soloution, sod it i,ll put the welding kit in the boot
