Posting pictures - HELP

How do you upload images to posts on PHeads? My pics are in Fotango. In previous posts/replies, I have successfully inserted a link to photos but I want the picture to appear.

That's it. For some reason the pics I've tried to post today have not been coming up though.

For any other trickery click on the formatting Codes to the left of the message box when you are typing a message.
