Getting a touch up stick

Where and how ?

I'm reliably(?) informed from the wiki thread HERE that my car is Cobalt Blue P147.

Can anybody shed any light on this coding. I'm sure that one cannot go to a motor factors and get a 'TVR touch up stick' so reckon it's a case of getting it mixed by a body shop ??
