Gearbox advice please

Fifth gear has went on my mk 1 Tuscan and opening it up has revealed the fifth gear cogs are badly wasted. The rest seem ok - does anyone know if this might be a feasible repair or am i better looking for a replacement?
Any recommendations for either option?

no its a common problem, we rebuild these all the time. Its cheaper to repair than buy a rebuilt box.

Any details on the 'we' ?

What's the common cost for the repair, assuming the box is removed?
