Is this easy to fit to a chimera or should I leave it to someone who knows what they're doing?

15-20mins with nothing more than common sense reuqired. The instructions I got with it were very straight forward to follow. It may have taken me 30mins as I was being very careful and checking everything twice when I did mine.

+1

Excellent instructions with pictures. took me about 30 mins and I was faffing around. I reckon it could be done in 10 minutes.

If you have the basics, for example can identify a +ve and -ve wire using a miltimeter and are handy with simply cutting and pairing back wires and connecting with block connectors - very basic stuff - then it won't be a problem. If you don't then 20 - 30 minutes of workshop time wiould be a good invsetment.

One thing I can tell you is that this simple piece of kit REALLY fixes the problem (IF your problem is the usual 'hot start' issue).

You don't even need to be able to do that. It comes with colour photos, comprehensive step by step instructions and a test lamp. It's idiot proof (I am evidence of that).

The instructions on Chim Pages are slightly different to the ones with the kit and they are in colour which makes it alot easie to see what is going on.

The link works for me.
