Your description sounds like Yellow Peril, but it may be a little out of the usual stamping ground for that.

I saw that in Potters Bar last saturday along with a griff, and Ferraris 308 and 360.

Lovely motor, i'm told it lives locally but don't know if the owner is on the list.
