Hi Everybody

I am planning a pre-meeting run before the BBQ on Saturday, leaving from The Falkirk Wheel Car Park at 10.30 am. To get to the car park from either Glasgor or Edinburgh direction, come off the M876 at the Falkirk/Denny Junction (A883) and head to Falkirk. The car park is clearly signposted at the roundabout just as you come into Falkirk.

The route will be West of Stirling through the Carron Valley. It should take a bit over an hour depending on traffic. The forecast is showery. Let me know if you are coming so we know who to expect. I'll have some details to hand out.

See you Saturday.

Alan

Hi Alan,

Unfortunately the Cerb is still in the garage so I won't make itfrown

It would be really nice if you could do a drive by the office though smile

If you come out of the Falkirk Wheel car park and take the first exit heading into Bonnybridge I am the orange building opposite the only petrol station in the villagesmile

Hi Tom

We'll make a small detour and annoy your neighbours.

Glad to oblige, hope to see you at a meeting soon. There was a really good turnout at the BBQ and it was dry. Broomhall Castle staff did a grand job.

Thanks for organising the BBQ Alan. It was day great day as you said. The run was a bit bumpy at times, but now i know another great road in SE Scotland !

My car is now spotless clean - but 1 day late it seems. I was going to blame Ty's bbq putting ash on it, but it was a gas one...
