Good Service and follow up by Offords

There are often posts on here "naming and shaming dealers" well I've got a good service storey re my car purchase form Offords.
I purchased my new TVR from them some months ago, bought unseen, yes I know that it is a risk bur it was exactly the spec i wanted. When I picked up the car I advised them that the car would be getting the once over the following week by Track V Road (very good on the service side too).
Track V Road picked up one or two things mostly minor wrong with the car,fuel pipe, tyre damge and faulty speedo, most of which would not normally be covered by a dealer warranty. I had the work competed and sent a note to Offords re the amount.
They promptly paid the account in full without any question whatsoever a big pat on the back for them and before the cynics start I got a fantastic deal on the purchase and trade in (and I know my TVR's having had five now).
Once again good to see integrity in the trade......
