Try it with a V6 Mondeo. When the retrospective banding ste comes in, ours will cost more to tax than my Tamora does to insure...

Thats just madness...

Just another reason why I'm going to keep the Chimaera. Fast, practical and cheaper than even Ford Mondeos!

They don't even price some of the other TVRs. Does that mean they're not taxable, or the taxman nice and letting them off paying..

Thats as its assuming it is over 2001, so the new tax rules then apply to the Mondeo.

Trick is to not buy anything past 2001 and you will get cheaper level of tax.

Just checked out their valuation on a 1998 R plated Griff 500.
rofl Please someone find me the TVR dealer that is selling one for under £10000.00 in good condition. rofl
