has anyone bought one? if so, how do you rate it. i think with all this talk of the new penalty system proposals, it may be time for a proactive approach.

The device itself is very good. Unfortunately, the database that it uses has got loads of holes in it. Morpheous make a big thing about how they compiled it with the aid of the Police, but I think that some areas were more helpful than others. I've been to some places where not a single GATSO was in the database. Others which are fully covered. Overall, I'd recommend buying one, but have a Valentine 1 as well. James

if there are whole areas which aren't covered, then i'll give it a miss. it could quite easily lead you into a false sense of security. i'm not having 2 warning systems on the dash either.

I'd agree, though the missing hole issue is a situation that can only improve: as more people use it, the more sites get reported. Disclaimer: I also have a Valentine One even though that warns only of radar-based traps. Manek

true. is it also the case that you get £50 if you let them know of a trap which isn't on their system?

Actually it is £25 per location that is not on their system. In early December I received a cheque for £50 for 2 I had reported & I have a further 2 ones I found which they are checking out - which is fair enough as anybody could press the brass button at any time, they do have a bit of a back log though currently. All in all I have been very impressed with the system and have found some gaps in their database but not many, I has saved me from 6 points in areas I did not know.

Has anyone bought one of these recently? Is it easy enough to fit in a Chimarea with out it looking like a dogs dinner? Hard wire or fag lighter? I'm very tempted, very good reviews recently.
