Ring Trip May

Hi all
Fed up so just booked a Ring trip sailing P&O Hull - Zeebrugga on thursday 15th return Monday nignt ferry 19th, staying 3 nights at the Raddison SAS Dusseldorf.
If anyone fancys tagging along the more the better. Cost for the ferry for 2 people and car £243 and the hotel £242 for 3 nights. Maybe do the Ring on Saturday and/or Sunday the rest of the time will just make up as we go along but will include plenty of beer good food and a good laugh.

15 Thursday, all meet up and drive out to Nurburg
16 Friday , Track Open 17.15-19.30
17 Saturday, Track Open 13.30-19.30
18 Sunday , Track Open 08.00-19.30
19 Monday , drive home

You may be interested to know that the RMU Classic meeting is on at Spa that weekend ie 17/18th May. Races include Historic F1, Orwell Supersports (McLarens, Chevrons, Lolas etc), Group C GTP (Porsche 962/Jag XJR9 etc), Palmer Audi, Alfas and some mixed sports car races. If you go to the Nordschleife via Prum (rather than Aachen)ie turn right after Liege you go past the Spa circuit. The two cicuits are about 60 miles apart.

If you go to Spa say hello - I'm a blue and silver Lenham bodied MG Midget no 68 in the FISC and BSSC races.

Hi, I'm already going to the ring, leaving on the 19th, one night in Charlerois then staying in Adenau (Blue Ecke) on the 20th and 21st.
Unfortunatley i'm not taking the Chim (shame as Ive just supercharged it).
I'm in a group of 5 cars, all recently purchased for £300 or less. The combatants are Rover 827 Sterling (mine) Audi 80 quattro, Granada 2.0l, Merc E230 and a Fiat Cinquecento.
Depending on reliability (ours not yours) you may see us about. I just hope we dont ruin a good lap for you.
If you have absolutley no shame whatsoever please feel free to come over and say hello, or offer assistance should you see us at the side of the road!
