Just a reminder to you good TVR folk that don't frequent the Motorsport section, the TVR's rumble into Thruxton this weekend.

The Tuscan Challenge timetable is:

Saturday:
Practice 9.00-9.30
Qualifying 12.10-12.40
Sprint Race 16.55

Sunday:
Feature Race 13.20

You can also catch the British GT Championship, on after the Tuscans, with a different flavour of Tuscan doing rather well.

Plus the F3s, Seat Cupras, Mini Sevens and Caterham R400's round off a full day's racing on Sunday.

As a Pistonhead turned Tuscan driver (No 6) it would be great to see you there! I'll post up a 'match report' after the weekend.

Cheers

Andy

Sorry I missed you at Rockingham Andy (although Steve said there wasn't much to miss due to your engine problems) but I was too shattered after the trip to France. Will try and make Thruxton though probably only the Sunday.

Easy, easy and not sure, sorry!! Qualifying and then 2 races on Sat, the Tuscans and Caterham R400s. I am sure Saturday will be cheaper than Sunday

Cosmic and I are hoping to be there - Thruxton is our "local" circuit.

Well, we were going to an Air Show to display the Mid Essex TVRs but the Cerb is off the road and being repaired after it's little set back at Bruntingthorpe.

What a shame.....

However....it now looks like I'll be free to come to Thruxton ..

See you there

Good luck Andy, try to catch up with David!!!!....

I'll be taking it steady thank you! I have only completed 4 races ever (and those were in Caterhams), so lets not try to run before we can walk!!

Young Mr Mason has nothing to fear from me!!

Yet...

Anyone going up from the southampton/portsmouth area on Sunday and fancy a convoy?

Apparently there is a reserved parking area but any ideas where?

Cheers

Help! Does anyone know if you can buy tickets on the gate for Sunday's racing, and if so, how much they are (for both adults and kids).

Cheers

Believe adult tickets are £17 at the gate for Sunday. Don't know about kids.

Cheers
Mark.
