Running a marathon always seemed a bit daft to me. 26 and a half miles of torture. Loads of things that could go wrong; sprained ankles/knees and torn muscles. Even worse; sore nipples or following through when you hit 'the wall'! London transport is bad at the best of times but I still reckon you could get round on a bus or using the tube. Must be a lot easier. Anyway, good luck and watch out for that 'wall' wink

Had to pull out this year knee injury has re-occured. Will be at the finish lines working with my charity leukaemaia CARE supporting their runners - whish I was there. Did it 2005/2007 maybe next year.......................

Good luck to everyone. I ran dublin 2 years ago and am running geneva this year (couldnt get a spot on the london)! Hope the weather is kind.
