It's the first TVR Open Day at Prestige Performance Cars in Melton Mowbray this Saturday. Quite a few East Mids TVRCC members and other region's members should be going. All welcome.

Hi Spawn, sorry to hear you still have problems, but it sounds like you're nearly sorted. 2SOTM is Ropesley Fox near Grantham smile

Hi Guam, the Boxster looked great (but I guess it should smile), it also sounded very nice too! Nice to see you supporting PPC.

Its just taken a week to get it into the garage smile not a problem - something that needed doing anyway so glad its being done now rather than later smile

It was a great day!

31 TVRs, 2 Porsches and a Bentley. Plus quite a few people in their daily drives.

The Tango Boxster looked great (for a Porkersmile). Interesting you can now do far bigger areas with paintshield.

Sorry that 'Sally the Porsche' was the slowest on the Scalextric but thanks to Ann for having a go. She was lots quicker with the T400R!

Paul and Jill were very happy with the turnout as it was their first open day.

Many thanks to PPC for putting on the day and all the great food.

Tony

Ben from Carizma has a Testorossa so that may well have been him. I was chatting to him for a while, but didn't see his car.

Ah, probably then. I had a look at it outside, then maybe 30 minutes later saw it zooming off. Shame as I'd liked to have heard it when it fired up.
