I'm puzzled, can anbody explain why the latest TVRs dont seem have a high-level stop light (or are they hidden from view until lit?). I thought that all new cars had to include them. Are there any other cars of recent design that also have a "missing light"?
Hope some light can be shed.

My Tamora has one in the back of the boot lid under the spoiler.

I was following a NEW Mini with out one the other day.

I thought it was t'other way round... i.e. high level stop lights are technically not allowed in the UK, but seeing as they're such a good idea, this rule gets overlooked?

Might be talking complete bo110x though.

Don't think it's compulsory in UK, but might be in other EC Countries. I remember putting high level stop lights in my Vauxhall Viva back in the early 80's because it was boy-racerish (pre maxxy power).

Tuscans have them but from what I can see of the Tesco they don't. Maybe exempt from regs under low-production rules etc?

AFAIK it's not compulsory in UK - also not illegal.

The one on the XK8 roadster bootlid would easily fit on a Griff/Chim boot. If you can be bothered!

Amazing! I thought everything in this overtaxed hole we call a country was either compulsory or illegal?
