Please forgive the numpty question, i'm new to TVR ownership (as of yesterday)....so any help is greatly appreciated!

Halfrauds have a selection of conversion cables, not sure if it is same as a Vauxhall but hopefully some who is certain will be on soon.

welcome to tiv ownership first of all , i should think a decent car audio shop / fitter would have the interconnects you want if i remember correct bms and fords had them fitted as standard so should be a easy swop, also anything tvr stereo related ring carl baker he is the guru for hifis and a good bloke to talk to www.tvruk.tv 01736 231603 0772 0723407

Thanks. I'm kicking myself for not buying TVR sooner!
I tried my local Fraud' branch with no luck. I'm off to one of their larger stores to collect my radar detector ;-) so they might be of more use.

Are they the same as Cerbera's? They use a landrover one, but you have to swap a couple of pins around.

Hi there

I had the same prob as you. Halfrauds didn't have any conversions and couldn't find one anywhere. No option but to get a meter out and work out the connections then cut off old connectors and fit an ISO one.
Not too difficult if you can handle a multimeter, otherwise may be a job for an auto/audio spark.
All I did was work out the power, then bell out the speakers, some of the ISO connections are not used e.g. power aerial connection etc.
So, really all that is needed is switched power (Ignition), permanent power (radio memory),negative, speakers (R & L) + and - and that's about it.
Write it all down then get the drawing for the new unit and transpose the colours/connections and you're away.
I know it sounds easy when you've done it, and could be a nightmare if you haven't.
Best of luck

HTH

Carl at Car and Bike installations ( http://www.tvruk.tv/index.cfm ) may be able to help you out - he put a new clarion system into my Griff about a year ago.
