Red Rose was an engine upgrade, basically a blueprint build I think but I'm not sure.
I know it's something that's difficult to verify because I don't think there is any external identifiers except on the original bill of sale.
Do a search on here for Red Roas and it'll come up.
PS It was called that after the symbol of Lancashire if anyone is wondering

The Red Rose package was a whole lot more than an engine upgrade. With reference to the T350RR....the engine was blueprinted and used better quality components in the motor to cater for the increased power.Rumours are a good one should be knocking on the door of nearly 400 bhp.Larger injectors used and a modified ecu. The suspension is higher spec and adjustable. The exhaust system is much larger full length (up to 2.5" dia)with the engine set up for it. Visually the 1st thing that stands out from the standard car is the brakes are massive over standard, the AP fronts just fit behind the 18" standard rims. The rear brakes are also much bigger than standard...an expensive mod. There was an option of a lightweight body (mine has it). Optional CR gearbox and a range of diff options. Rumour is the cars are overall better built. If looking for a (genuine) RR, there are quite a few copies ! best bet is the original factory build sheet that should really be with the car, otherwise check the brake/exhaust/suspension mods as above..especially the rear as most people dont bother because of the cost. The motor should also be stamped as an RR on the nearside ( NOT written in felt tip !! )I know it's something that's difficult to verify because I don't think there is any external identifiers except on the original bill of sale.
