As I come across TVR's I still laugh at the names people give their cars, especially other members of the family.

What crazey names do people out there call theirs

Its alternately known as:

"The Beast" - when enjoying a blast
"The Tivver" - when being affectionate
"That F*****g Car" - when something is broken!

My car of german origin is never known by anything but the name of its manufacturer....

Obviously Jamer, you have either:-
a) been drinking too much , or
b) Had boring old git in-laws for Christmas like me and are so bored you have started this silly thread.

Personally I have never given a name to a car, but my Mum and Dad used to name thier VW beetles when I was a kid!!

My TVR was known as the Millennium Trog. Trogs were a species in a science fiction novel. Trogs were famous as uncertain travelling companions.

My Tuscan is called Chuckie in homage to the first man to break the sound barrier, Chuck Yeager.

For my 3000S, I call it "Frankie" (cos its red and a little brutish)

For my Tuscan V8, its Black on Black and "Wolfie" has stuck.....
or "Wolf" if its working fine...

My new V8S (the one you guys briefly had in) has been christened 'the mistress' by my wife.

I call it 'fantastic'

Cheers,
