Yes it it and the whole TVR fraternity must be aware by now.
1) Look, ring the company up. Speak directly to the man in question. Politely ask when your goods are going to be with you. If the answer is not to your satisfaction then ask for a full refund plus postage and return the goods you have received so far.
If the answer is good then await delivery but either way just keep it to yourself. You can come on here and start a thread about a supplier and I don't know but maybe in this case this company have badly let you down but there are plenty of satisfied customers I'm sure out there who don't all start threads about it.

Owain,

Whilst I sympathise with your frustrations, please use conventional channels to sort out your problems with suppliers.

Naming and shaming is too complex an issue to be dealt with in these forums and therefore I will remove any posts that fall into that category.

I don't ask for much from the readers of PistonHeads so I would appreciate that you grant me some slack in these matters.

Ted.

Try phoning the supplier. Not sure anyone here can really help, and I don't think you will put anyone off buying from them.

BTW, I had a packet of crips that were stale the other day, if I keep posting my complaint here will it change anything?
