I was brought up very close to Olton, so I know the area well. Best place to stop is a little town called Tarporley which is about 5 miles away. There's a few nice pubs/hotels there and it's a nice place for a drink of an evening.

Failing that, Olton Park's quite close to some pretty major roads going into Chester and Merseyside, so there will be loads of Travelodges, that kind of thing.

If you're staying for the weekend, Chester and Nantwich are both well worth a visit. Chester a really good night out, old Roman city, Nantwich is just a very pretty old market town. Both have loads of places to stay and are each about 10 miles from the circuit.

Are you sure No.1, its Oulton..... Only joking mate.

Its a cracking circuit so ill be there with the blue Griff.

Accomodation wise the nearest is Black Swan in Tarporley (very nice and a good DBB rate), The Blue Cap in Sandiway is a travel type lodge, The Oaklands Pub/hotel in Cuddington and for the very rich Nunsmere Hall just a few miles away from the track.

Oh, ill be there this Sunday for the GT and Tuscan meet as well.

Sent off the form on Monday so hopefully I will be there with s6 Cerbie. Trying to persuade my 67 year old father to come on a passenger ride, but he seems to have little faith in me.

Trouser Snake?

8 weeks without a TVR deserves a
8 weeks without a trouser snake would be more like
plus I'm not sure how useful a trouser snake would be on a track day...unless I've misunderstood something.
