Are well worth Talking To.

Dom looks after a number of TVR's Including my Chim an also does a fair bit of Work on My Tuscan Racer for me ( in fact it'll be back there next week for some fettling). They do a lot of ground up restorations as well as servicing so have a lot of proper engineering skills that many places dont have..

I watched Dom turn a totaly rotten 50 year old Frogeye sprite shell Into a winning racer first time out over last winter... In fact if he hadnt lost a wheel at Castle Coombe ( the vid is on youtube yikes) after the axle was damaged earlier in the race when he was t-boned, He would have won the championship for the second year in a row ( as it was he came second).

Well worth giving them a call

Cheers

I've always used Central TVR (www.centraltvr.com) near Stourbridge. Very happy with all the work they've carried out. Ask for Andy or Adrian.

Also always nice to have a look at the various Ferrari's they have in.

No I`ve not heard of them before, Norman

PS why not pop along to local TVR owners club meet this Sunday at The Bulls Head Meriden plenty of helpful (and not so helpful) advice on hand.

Yes I have had dealings with Exactly TVR Coventry, in all fairness this is the place to get advice / servicing on any S or M series car, plus wedges and Chimaera's and Griff's....the owner and main man is Adrian Venn:0795956042.

Adrian did all the chassis work on my Chimaera plus other stuff.

As for you Gandalf, you have met the guy....what are you like .and I have spoke to you about him..probably still recovering from saturday night imho!biggrin

Oooops Deepest apologies to Adrian Venn - soooo used to using his real name I had simply forgotten that I knew who Exactly TVR was (Doh - blame it on the Alhlzeimers)silly

We use Adrian (Exactly TVR) a lot and he treats every car like his own, in fact I know he has owned well in excess of 50 TVR's (virtually every model and variant other than the newest breeds) in his time and has been around Tivs for around 25+ years so knows his stuff more than most. He's an M specialist but has unsurpassed knowledge on them and pretty extensive on Chimps/Griffs and Wedges, in fact he's sorting out a wiring mess on our 280 at the moment (hope this mention gives us a good discount).
He will always do a good job at a fair price. He attends a good few of the WWM meets at Meriden also, although you'll need to get behind me in the queue.
