I pulled up in the Griff on the hard shoulder a few years ago - just for a misfire which was easily rectified by the way ( smile ). I'd been there one minute and a Wedge pulled up to offer assistance.

A great bunch of like-minds that add to the pleasure of owning these great cars.

Hmmm.... I once stopped to wait for a mate to arrive for a run-out, when a 911 driver pulled over and asked, 'AA on the way are they...?'

I caused a one car road block in my busticated Chimaera in Cambridge a few years back. Fellas digging up the road opposite donated a bunch of cones, and the folk in the office over looking fetched me out a cup of tea.

Probably the same Cerbera owner - but didn't want to stop in the Cerbera because he had a hot start problem.

While I struggled to get a wedged top out of the Tiv's boot, two young blokes in a yellow M3 stopped to ask if they could help!

People love seeing "that tt" next to the nice car broken down.

wasn't it on top gear the other year when they parked a lambo up pretending to be broken down. When they had bloke stood their he got a lot of abuse. As soon as they placed an attractive women there instead of the blokes loads of people stopped to help.

Gary, not really a surprise, he knew he couldn't out perform a Tiv so he was hoping a nice, slow van would be along to make him look good smile
