URGENT - Chim 430 engine, # 47A43P1180G

The above engine belongs to my car, and was brought to the man who sold me the car, Easter weekend this year, for a rebuild. Since August, the arrival of the engine has been promised on several occasions, on each of which it didn't show up. I'll spare you the excuses I - eventually - got after each time. After fruitlessly having tried to contact this man for several days after the last disaster (the car with my engine in it crashed, apparently ) I had an enlightening chat last evening with John Eales who was referred to by the engine builder as 'Uncle John' and was said to have taken part in the development of my spec as well as having furnished lots of parts at cost. He said he hasn't done business with this man for years, that my story did sound familiar and this is why he preferred not to have anything to do with him and advised me to collect what's mine ASAP.

Can't say any more than this obviously because of the name and shame policy - PM me for details if you will.

Obviously, I will go down there to collect whatever belongs to me, and tell my credit card co to reverse the payment made to the machining company used by this man to which I had agreed - in the meantime, should this engine show up elsewhere, please contact me through my profile. Thanks.
