It was yesterday, and a great day was had by all.

Some photos here shortly.

http://www.nurburgringphotos.co.uk/photos/thumbnai...

Nice things on the day?
6 Sags out on the track at the same time (thats more than 5% of the remaining number of Sagaris) smile
Ginettas new G50 having a work out.
Lots of smiles from just about everyone there.

As an aside, and for those who have ever pondered - the Sags were pretty much untouchable on track with the exception of a very well sorted Chaterham on slicks, but it was no walk in the park - he had to try bloody hard.

A comment from a jounalist that was shooting for a magazine article that will feature the Sagaris "Those Sagaris things never seem to come in for a rest - they're amazing" biggrin

John,

I so really wanted to come to Croft. Unfortunatley other events have conspired against me. Maybe next time. I was hoping to "interlope" between those pesky sag's!

You'd have loved it Alistair. A circuit that would give a Cerb a chance to strech its legs a little! Th Saga Lout saw 130+ more than a few times on track. smile

Weather was fine for 95% of the day too.

Agreed, an excellent day and the sun came along too! I had the 'pleasure' of following some equally powered other TVR's and different marques around for a few laps and as they looked very ragged through some of the turns the Sag was sitting pretty wink

Looking forward to trying some stickier tyres next year but the Sagaris is a great track day car. Thanks to Hexham HC for another well run day.

130!!!!!? Is that your different gearing? I did not see anything like that and I was trying quite hard for me!

Agree it was a cracking day. Great to be part of the Sagaris crowd now too.

Thanks Hexham for a well run daythumbup

Good to see everyonesmile

Six Sagaris on the track, doing just 'one' of the things they do.

Not quite the 'daftlad 130+leptons' for me, but was hanging close

Yes, yes, yes I know. I am sure I saw 113 though at more than one point. Guess I am still finding the limits of the car. Only had it just over a month.

Memo to self - must go out with Daftlad again to see how its done properly.

Thanks John for slowing down so i could keep with you wink

Not found the pads yet. I tried the AP racing on line site and cannot find the exact part no.2207F4R16.00 you gave me.
Any ideas?

I am OK with the fluid

Just keep thinking about what a great day it was;
From failing the noise test at 9.45am with 104.8dbA and the thought of going home.
To sorting it out with a bit of steel and screws and a bit of wink
Then ENJOY!
