Mid Essex Meet Convoy 9th September

It's that time of the month again... the second Sunday of the month, which means it's time for the Mid Essex TVRCC meet… so Sunday 9th September means, as always, it's convoy time.

Most will know the drill by now, but for those that don't we'll be meeting at the White Hart as usual from about 11:00 for the main convoy leaving at 12:00, and if you're on the Southend meet, at the bays on Thorpe Bay front for 10.15 to 10.30 leaving at 10.45 for the TB pre meet convoy.

How do I get to the White Hart..?

1) Take the A12 towards Colchester,
2) Turn off at J19 (Boreham) – keep in the left-hand lane,
3) Take the 2nd exit,
4) Follow the road, it turns to a 40mph,

The White Hart is on your left a few hundred yards further on.
If you get to the roundabout, you have gone too far..!

SOUTHEND PRE MEETING POINT is the parking bays on the front by Thorpe Bay yacht park, in between where Thorpe Hall Avenue and Maplin Way meet the front. 10.15 to 10.30 leaving 10.45

I have inspected job to exchange poorly Clutch Master Cylinder, looks quite easy, ordered part, now waiting to arrive and me to fit (probably with a few 4 lettered words in process)

If sucsessful, i will be at TB, Promise not to be late this time !!!!!

If not i WON'T bring along a Jap Truck which does no more than 70mph!!!!!!!!

Received Master Cylinder Thursday and fitted However, although Matser cylinder was leaking, this has not cured fault, clutch still won't engage, Looks like a new clutch / or Clutch fork needless to say won't be coming along Sunday, was planning to lay up from october as well !!!!

fixed me griff after problem on griff growl run,, first run out for the old girl ( not the wife ).

also bringing mate who just bought a griff ,,,

Hi all

This is all new to me having only purchased my first TVR this year in Jan Chimaera 400 and enjoying every minute of ownership.Have now joined the club but never been to any meets but did go to Rockinhham and had a great time is it ok to join you guys tomorrow and see whats going on in the TVR world my 11 year old daughter will be with me as she is also TVR mad
